WORSHAM, Hazel C., 76, of Powhatan, went to be with the Lord August 12, 2012. She was preceded in death by her first husband, John D. Williams Sr. She is survived by her husband, William B. Worsham; three sons, John D. Williams Jr. and his wife, Judy, Benny L. Williams and Keith Williams and his wife, Wenona; one daughter, Martha Ann Williams and her friend, Doug; two stepchildren, Warren Worsham and his wife, Denise, and Patricia W. Heath and her husband, David; one brother, Elmer R. Condrey and his wife, Virginia; two sisters, Doris Palmore and Ruby Lent; five grandchildren, Cassie, Codie, Jeremy, Benjamin and Ashley; and three great-grandchildren. Her family will receive guests 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Bliley's-Chippenham, 6900 Hull Street Road. A funeral ceremony will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday at Graceland Baptist Church, 975 Dorset Road, where Hazel was a lifetime member. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
