VENABLE, Beatrice W., 87, of Midlothian, went to be with her Heavenly Father on November 25, 2007. She was preceded in death by her husband, Wiley F. Venable. She is survived by her children, Mary V. Schaefer and husband, E. Scott, of Alpharetta, Ga., Wiley F. Venable Jr. of Midlothian; three grandchildren, Christopher N. Venable and wife, Nicole, of Midlothian, Eric S. Schaefer of Dallas, Texas, and Jason E. Schaefer and wife, Maribeth, of Atlanta, Ga.; two great-grandchildren, Sierra and Summer Venable; one sister, Inez Hite of Alexandria; two brothers, Walter B. Williams of Alexandria and Calvin W. Williams and wife, Bernice, of Midlothian; brother-in-law, Horace L. Dowdy of Gwyn; and sister-in-law, Margaret Williams of Virginia Beach; and 15 nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Bliley's-Chippenham, 6900 Hull Street Rd. Funeral services will be held at Graceland Baptist Church, 975 Dorset Rd., Powhatan, Va. 23139 at 11 a.m. Wednesday, November 28. Interment in the church cemetery.
