Harold Joseph Mann, Jr. was born July 19, 1953 in Waterbury, Conn. He died in Virginia on October 9, 2018, after a brief illness.
He was the son of the late Marjorie Lee and Harold J. Mann, Sr. He leaves 10 siblings, Gloria Potter, Sheryl Mann, James Mann, Richard Mann, Paul Mann, Robert Mann, Walter Mann, Catherine Gordon, Debra Mann and Eugenia D'Agostino.
Burial will be at Graceland Baptist Church in Powhatan, VA. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to Graceland Baptist Church, 975 Dorset Road, Powhatan, VA 23139.
